（一）熱身/復習（Warm—up/Revision）
1、猜謎語。教師說，學生猜。
It's so big、It has a long nose and a short tail、What is it？（An elephant）It's small、It has two long ears、What is it？（A rabbit）
2、教師出示猴子和兔子的圖片，啟發學生說：The monkey has a long tail、The rabbit has a short tail、教師再出示長頸鹿和梅花鹿的圖片，讓學生說出：It's tall、It's short、
3、復習單詞big，small，long，short，tall，并說出中文意思。

1、教師出示ChenJie的面具，問：Who is she？學生回答：ChenJie。教師說：She has long hair、（一邊說一邊做動作幫助學生理解）教師出示Amy的面具，問：Who is she？學生回答：Amy。教師說：She has short hair、（一邊說一邊做動作幫助學生理解）教師同時拿著兩個面具，說：ChenJie and Amy are friends、They are friends、

3、讓學生指著班里的同學說：She has long hair、He has short hair、教師出示單詞卡教讀long hair，short hair和friends。（把單詞卡貼在黑板上）
4、教師出示Sarah和Miss White的面具，問Who is she？學生答：Sarah，Miss White。教師把面具貼到黑板上相應的.單詞前，鼓勵學生說出She has long hair、She has short hair、
5、教師指著班里很瘦和長得很健壯的同學說：She is thin、He is strong、并讓學生指著班里的同學學說這兩句話。教師出示單詞卡教讀thin和strong。教師要提醒學生在讀thin時，注意咬舌尖兒。
6、教師出示ZhangPeng和Mr、Black的面具，并把它們貼到黑板上相應的單詞前，讓學生說出：He is strong、He is thin、
7、教師把右手的食指放在嘴上，做出讓學生安靜的動作，讓學生說出單詞quiet。并出示單詞卡，讓學生認讀quiet。（把單詞卡貼到黑板上）再把ChenJie的面具貼到這個單詞前，讓學生說出：She is quiet、讓學生翻譯中文。
8、教師導入課文對話：John has a friend、你能根據他的描述猜出這個人是誰嗎？讓學生觀看課件[Unit 3 Let's learn/A]教師問：Who is he？（板書）
9、聽錄音帶，跟讀對話。[Unit 3 Let's learn/A]
10、教師：你能根據我的描述猜出這個人是誰嗎？My friend is thin、She has long hair、She has quiet、Who is she？（板書）11、讓學生模仿課文對話來描述黑板上所貼出的人物，讓大家猜。

1、猜一猜
教師請兩三位學生上講臺，寫出自己最喜歡的食物，其他學生猜一猜，如：
T：Guess！What’s her / his favourite food？
Ss：Ice cream？T：No，guess again、Ss：Salad？
T：Yes，you’re right、
Xiong Da，What’s your favourite food？
Lan Yangyang，What’s your favourite food？
Grace，What’s your favourite food？
Kimi，What’s your favourite drink？
2、教師隨機出示上節課學習的五個單詞的詞卡，全班學生表演相應的動作。
（二）、新課呈現
1、B、Let’s talk
�。�1）教師在黑板上畫出自己喜歡吃的幾種食物，說：“Look！There is ice cream，hamburgers，bread and noodles on the blackboard、They are food、They are my favourite food、”，教師邊說邊在黑板上畫幾個笑臉，幫助學生理解“favourtite food”的意思。
�。�2）介紹對話情景。
T：Sarah and Zhang Peng are talking about today’s menu、Let’s go
and see what they would like to eat today、
（3）教師出示本部分的教學掛圖，問：“What food and drink are in today’s menu？”，學生根據情景圖回答：“There are noodles，beef，fish，sandwich，tomato soup and milk in today’s menu、”。
�。�4）第一次播放教學錄音，全班學生跟著錄音讀，提醒學生在跟讀的過程中注意模仿錄音中的語音、語調。第二次播放教學錄音，全班學生分男女生跟著錄音讀。第三次播放教學錄音，學生聽完錄音后回答下面問題：
