　　W: OK. What means do you want to use for payment this time?

　　J: Because this is a big purchase, I hope we can adopt payment by installment for this transaction. Payment by instalment now is a usually-used mode of payment, and is conclusive to capital operation. What do you think?

　　W: For the development of our future business,we can accept this payment this time. Would you please tell us more specifically your idea about the terms of payment? For example, what time do you start to pay?

　　J: We will begin to pay three months later. We will quote a value of $50,000 usance draft (s) as the first installment. This time draft is due in October. And the remaining amount will be paid off within in 2 years by three times.

　　我們三個月后開始付款，我們會開出一張價 值5萬美元的遠期匯票作為第一期付款。這 張期票在今年10月份到期。剰余款頂將在兩 年內分3次付清。

　　W: OK. We can accept the payment, but you have to pay interest.

　　好吧，我們可以接受這一付款方式，但你們 得支付利息。

　　J: This is as it should be. I'm glad we can negotiate successfully.
