　　When you're in an interview, try your best toshow that you care about the company and how youwant to help it grow. Asking questions aboutpromotions or continuously focusing on what you canget out of this job position may be off-putting toyour interviewer. Questions about career progressionshould be asked after you get the job, and afteryou've been at the job for a good while.

　　當你在面試時，最好盡力表現出對公司的關心并且愿意幫助公司發展。詢問關于升職的事或者將關注點放在職位能給自己帶來什么會讓面試官反感。晉升的事其實可以等你得到工作或工作一段時間后再問。

　　Remember, your interviewer has probably talked to a ton of job candidates, which meansshe pretty much knows what you're thinking when you ask questions with promotions in mind.She will know why you're asking her how long she's been at her position and how long it tookfor her to move up. It's OK to bring it up briefly and with finesse, but you need to be reallycareful about how you phrase it. Be sure put less emphasis on what's in it for you, and moreon what you can do for the company.
