自我介紹最基本的要求就是"言之有物、突出個性"。網(wǎng)上流傳著很多自我介紹的模板，翻譯成中文，邏輯順序無外乎這幾點：

　　一、 開場白，姓名，英文名，本科專業(yè)，本科學校

　　二、 性格愛好，實踐經(jīng)驗

　　三、 為什么想讀研，讀研時的打算

　　一般情況下，如果老師看出你是在背事先準備好的材料，他會有意打斷你，問一些其他的問題，測試一下你的反應能力，因此，自我介紹雖然可以提前準備并且有模板可循，但是千萬別完全照搬模板，要結(jié)合個人的特點、將自己個性化的部分融入進去。導師打斷之后，提的問題非常靈活，沒有一個具體的標準，比如說你的個人經(jīng)歷，成功經(jīng)歷，失敗經(jīng)歷，個人夢想，讀研的計劃等等。老師建議大家關于個人的信息一定要準備好，一定不要臨時去想，因為臨時想很難組織語言，也很難想得完美。

　　面試過程：有規(guī)可尋，謹記四點

　　1、英文畢竟不是咱們的母語，不要刻意求華麗，省的一上場緊張全忘記了，簡單自然最好;

　　2、也不要太過于滾瓜爛熟，有背稿之嫌，注意頓挫適當;

　　3、切記不要太長，太長容易出錯。三分鐘以內(nèi)就可以。語速不要太快，正常語速就可以，講太快容易把自己搞緊張的;

　　4、心理上一定不要輕視英語面試。研究生復試的英語部分一般是由學校的公共英語或研究生公共英語教研室來考核。好點的學校，那些參與面試的導師幾乎都是海龜，在國外呆了多年，他們是可以用一口流利的英語做學術報告的。如果你進去上來一口標準流利的英語，瞬間鎮(zhèn)住各位老師。相信我，成功就在眼前了。

　　面試禮儀：于無形中增分

　　首先同學們要注意的是，第一，落落大方，不要太過緊張，不要太敏感。第二，說話的時候語言簡潔，口齒清楚。態(tài)度要保持自然、友善、親切、隨和。第三充滿信心，要敢于正視對方的雙眼，顯得胸有成竹，從容不迫。心理素質(zhì)不夠硬的同學，建議自己多對鏡練習，這個還是可以有改進的，只要提前多多練習，到時就不會特別膽怯。
