　　1.第一句中，句子主干是“中國發展學前教育”，“通過……”翻譯為介詞短 語;“學前教育”可譯為preschool education;“全社會的`資源”可譯為the resources of the whole society。

　　2.第二句中，“雖然”還可以用although來表達;為避免重復，“開辦幼兒園”分別譯為了run kindergartens和open kindergartens。

　　3.第三句中，“采用……的原則”可譯為apply the principle of;“將兒童保育 和教育相結合”可譯為combining child care with education。

　　1.第一句中，“最權威”可以譯成the most authoritative;“出版發行”是兩個名詞，可以譯為publishing and distribution。

　　2.第二句比較復雜，通過分析發現，“堅持……的出版原則”可以譯成一個現在分詞短語作句子的狀語，即adhering to…;“全心致力于……”可以作主句，主語是the Group，因此可以譯成the Group commits itself entirely to…：commits itself entirely to…中的to是介詞，后面應接動名詞形式，即 翻譯成promotin9…和advancing…。

　　3.第三句中，“為了”可譯為in order to;“都要……”可以理解為“作為常例”，可譯為makes it a rule;“選派”包含了“選”和“派”，且此處譯為被動語態更客觀，所以可譯為be selected and sent to…。
