外國人來華訪問格式范文及辦理流程
辦理流程
1、各邀請單位需明確邀請外國人的法律責任，并詳細真實地準備好全部材料，《外國人入境審批表》需公司法人本人簽名并蓋公章。
2、邀請單位持《外國人入境審批表》和相關文件到所在鎮(街)政府審批，一般是通過鎮(街)的外經辦(局)報送該鎮(街)主管外經的鎮領導審批。如獲批準，鎮(街)主管領導需在《外國人入境審批表》加具意見和簽名，并加蓋鎮政府公章。
3、經過所在鎮(街)政府審批后，把上述全部材料提交至市外事局簽證科，市外事局簽證科會根據團組的.具體實際情況按照省外辦要求進行材料審核，填妥《邀請確認函》，函請省外辦審發。
4、省外辦在收到報送材料后，在規定的工作日內審發《邀請確認函》，并將《邀請確認函》寄回市外事局;
5.邀請單位通過我局網站公布的辦理結果，前往市外事局簽證科免費領取《邀請確認函》原件，并通過正確的方式轉交申請人，在其申辦簽證時使用。
