在這項戶外活動中,raft是一種充氣船，可以搭載4-12人通過激流。通常是靠雙槳往后劃的力量前進，這項運動也可稱為rafting。
★surfing【n.】/surf【v.】沖浪
Surfing is not as easy as it looks.
沖浪并沒有看起來那么簡單。
Everyone in this surfing town is so tanned!
這個沖浪小鎮的每個人都曬得很黑!
沖浪是海邊常見的一種水上運動，它考驗著沖浪者身體的平衡感和瞬間反應能力。沖浪者得憑借海浪前進的動力，以及浪板踩在浪上的浮力穿梭在水上。
