Arden: And our company also pays special attention to this. I think the first thing you should keep in your mind is to be involved in our company as soon as possible. Work for your own prospect, for our company and future. Are you ready?

David: Yeah! We are ready.

Arden: We have special requirement on business etiquette, because you represent the image of our company when meeting our foreign guests. Pay more attention to details, such as your correct behaviors in answering phones, receiving guests and holding business meetings, and so on.

David: Luckily I bought a book on business etiquette last year. I think it will be much helpful for us.
