　　dont lower your worth comparing yourself to others. it is because we are different that each of us is special. dont set your goals by what other people deem important. only you know what is best for you. dont take for granted the things closest to your heart. cling to them as you would to life, for without them, its meaningless. dont let life slip through your fingers by living in the past or in the future. by living your life one day at a time, you live all the days of your life. dont run through life so fast that you forget not only where youve been,but also where you re going. dont use time or words carelessly. neither can be retrieved. life is not a race, but a journey to be savored each step of the way. yesterday is history,tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift. thats why we call

　　不要與他人比較從而降低你的價值。這是因為我們每個人都是不同的，都有特別處。不要把別人認為是重要的事作為你的目標。只有你自己知道什么最適合你。不要將最親近你的事當作理所當然的。你要像擁抱生命一樣擁抱它們，因為沒有它們，生命就沒有意義。不要只生活在過去或未來從而讓生命從你手指間溜走。認真過好每一天，你就認真度過了生命中的所有日子。不要活得太過匆忙，不然你不僅忘了你身在何處，而且不知你將去何方。不要隨意運用時間和言語。這兩項永不可恢復。生命不是比賽，而是每一步都需要品味的旅程。昨天已成歷史，明天還未可知，今天才是一份禮物。這就是為什么我們把它稱為現在(禮物)的原因。
