　　1、一份最能充分表現自己的任職資格和工作能力的求職簡歷，就算是寫得最好的筒歷。這種看法過于簡單。簡歷的根本作用在于盡可能地吸引招聘單位對你的注意力，能讓有關的職業介紹所或人才交流中心為之砰然心動，欲把你推薦給用人單位而后快。一般來說，你所想去的單位，可能別人也想去，人事部門一天下來可能同時收到幾十份甚至上百份簡歷，許多簡歷可能看一眼就放在一邊了， 因此作為簡歷上所寫的東西，必須讓人特別注意，使對方對你有個好印象，否則之后你就不可能指望有任何與對方面談的機會了，因此簡歷寫得好壞是決定你能否得到所求職位的第一關。

　　2、簡歷是求職者自然狀況的自然展現，是經歷、學歷與社會關系的描述。其實不然，你的簡歷要讓你經得起淘汰，使自己成為有機會接受面試的人之一，所以有人說，簡歷只是一個釣餌，目的在于激發招聘單位人事經理的興趣，從而為自己贏得面試機會。

　　3、為了贏得面談機會可以捏造事實、抬高身價、弄虛作假。顯然不可以。因為爭取面談機會并不是最后目的，最后的目的是要取得工作。如果弄虛作假暫時取得了面談機會，但以后如果被對方發覺，那么將把自己弄得身敗名裂。如果實事求是地說明自己的情況，一家不成還可以去找另一家，而弄虛作假后卻可能招致到處把你拒之門外。

　　4、求職簡歷寫得越詳細越好，用人單位會認真審讀。事實上，用人單位的人事經理用于簡歷的閱讀時間，一般不會超過2分鐘，因為他每天可能要看大量的這類信件，還有很多工作要做，寫得詳細，反而會使人厭煩而把你的簡歷扔到一邊。
