　　一些高校的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)專家認(rèn)為，薦信如果太過(guò)“煽情”，反而會(huì)降低求職“成交率”。求職信有一套操作規(guī)范，大學(xué)生完全可以不用“別出心裁”。自薦信，忌給自己戴高帽子，忌炫耀以往的經(jīng)歷，這樣易給人一種華而不實(shí)之感。

　　另外，專家還認(rèn)為，一些人在成長(zhǎng)的過(guò)程中走過(guò)許多彎路，這是可以理解的。但是有些大學(xué)生卻把這些經(jīng)歷當(dāng)成資本，進(jìn)行“情感推銷”，企圖博得用人單位的同情就不足取了。其實(shí)，用人單位看了反而會(huì)覺(jué)得其很虛偽，有失誠(chéng)信。大學(xué)生求職時(shí)應(yīng)該反映自己的真實(shí)狀況，盡量給企業(yè)一種誠(chéng)實(shí)的感覺(jué)。
