　　2013年54新政，掀開新的篇章。與FLYabroad預測的一樣，13年54新政只是一個過渡，職業少，配額少。原因首先是加拿大積案還夠處理2年，其次職業評估機構還沒有完全談妥，再次類似澳洲新西蘭的EOI系統建設需要時間。新政在實施的過程中還需要很多時間，具體的職業評估機構的.評估流程，評估要求等還有很多需要完善和改進的地方。

　　54新政職業配額：加拿大聯邦技術移民54新政后每個緊缺職業的配額是300個，總共的配額不超過 5000 個，比626階段又減少了一半。

　　申請要求：屬于緊缺職業及AEO持有者或加拿大博士生可以申請，并且在遞交CIO時就需要遞交全套材料，包括雅思，公證等(申請不通過申請費不退)。
