1.商務建議
合同中，表示確切的日期用on，如on may l(在五月一日當天)。表示到某月某日之前則用by或before o by不包括當天，如by may l(到五月一日之前)就不包括五月一日，指到april 30為止。from may i也不包括當天，意指從may 2開始。若用commencing則包括當天。這些介詞的用法，必須事先多加注意，以避免日后發生麻煩。
